|Growing up in the Swiss countryside gave me a strong appreciation of local healthy foods and over time helped me understand the benefits of a stable diet based on fresh produce.
I've always been an outdoors person and enjoy everything from hiking and snowboarding to martial arts and weightlifting. My passion and dedication have enabled me to carefully sculpt my body which would not have been possible without the understanding of the human body and its needs.
With so much conflicting information it's easy to get confused and frustrated. This with my passion for training was one of the motivating factors in me deciding to share the knowledge I've learned from my own personal success in losing fat, gaining muscle and perfecting my diet.

Crash diets do not replace a permanent change in attitudes to nutrition. Unlike a dumbbell, the kettlebell's centre of mass is offset from the handle; this means the weight constantly pulls against your hand and improves strength, power, speed, endurance, posture and flexibility. You don't need to have super strength to train with kettlebells. The techniques are easy to master and they come in different sizes and weights to perfect your core workout.
Kettlebell training is perfect for fat burning as they can give you a short high-intensity workout. You can burn as many calories in ten minutes as you would burn running for 45 minutes on a treadmill.
